Logic Speaks On The Importance Of His Friendship With J. Cole VIDEO] -J. Cole, who tends not to get in on either side the features game, was a surprise guest on Logic’s new album Everybody.

In an interview with Hard Knock TV, Logic spoke on his “meaningful” friendship with his fellow rapper.

He goes on to say how starstruck and awkward he was when he first met Cole at a party. Still, a cautious friendship developed, and now Cole is an important part his life.

In the video, Logic discusses how Cole kept him at an arm’s length at the beginning their friendship. Now that Logic has become a famous rapper, he respects that approach even more.

He contrasts it with Drake’s approach  embracing young rappers all out, and argues that Drake’s way leads to negativity directed at both Drizzy and the young artist.
